Plenty of moves for commercial property employees

It's been a busy old week in the commercial property sector with personnel announcements from Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), DTZ and CBRE.

First off JLL, which is welcoming three new graduates to the firm in Scotland. Denise Cannon joins the planning team in Edinburgh, Colin Campbell will work with the agency and development team in the Scottish capital and Andrew Mearns joins the retail team in Glasgow. Alasdair Humphrey, managing director at JLL in Scotland, said: "We're very pleased to be able to take on three graduates at Jones Lang LaSalle - two more than expected." UK-wide, DTZ is welcoming 55 new faces to its graduate class of 2010. Of the 14 joining the firm's UK regional office network, Ashley Hare is hooking up with DTZ in Glasgow, where he will be working in the valuation team.

Meanwhile, CB Richard Ellis has appointed Alistair Urquhart as a surveyor in Glasgow. He joins after three years at James Barr.
