These include the three-bedroom Belmont, the four-bedroom Arlington and four-bedroom detached Canterbury Corner, with prices starting from £239,000.
Lynn Houston, head of central sales for the scheme, says the modern homes offer residents the best of both worlds.
“In the recent months since we have emerged from lockdown, it is clear that attitudes of home buyers are shifting,” she said.
“People want more space within their home, particularly as working from home is becoming increasingly popular.
“They want greater access to parks or green space, and a garden has never been so important.
“Monarch’s Way offers everything buyers are looking for.”
The name of the development was inspired by a visit from Charles X, who came to WEst Calder in 1832 when in exile from his native France.
Monarch’s Way is situated just a short distance from West Calder’s centre, which hosts a range of shops, a supermarket, cafes, bars, restaurants and professional services.
