Asbo for bad neighbour

A MAN has been hit with an Asbo which bans him from "behaving in a sexually inappropriate manner" towards people near his home.

Thomas Rodger, 56, of Mansfield Road, Musselburgh, was given an interim antisocial behaviour order following an application to the court by East Lothian Council.

Complaints about Rodger's behaviour in and around his address go back to April 2008, and include allegations of shouting, swearing and being drunk in the common stair.

The Asbo prohibits Rodger from "knocking the doors of residents of the block of properties at Mansfield Road without prior invitation; behaving in a sexually inappropriate manner towards residents or their visitors (and] shouting, swearing or behaving in an otherwise anti-social or aggressive fashion".
