Benches are bearing fruit
BENCHES have been placed in Braidburn Valley Park which were made from historic cherry trees which once grew in the park.
The trees were planted in November 1935 by the Guides Association to commemorate the Silver Jubilee of King George V and Queen Mary.
The three benches have been installed within the area of the cherry tree trefoil at the south end of the park.
