Chancellor to keep eye on optic Pavilion
The 500,000 VisioncentrE3, opened in August, is a one-stop shop for people with visual impairments.
The facility cuts out a wait of up to 12 weeks to access support and rehabilitation services for the blind or visually impaired.

Hide AdIt was paid for by the city council, NHS Lothian, Heriot-Watt University and RNIB Scotland.
The centre is based in the E3 ward of the Princess Alexandra Eye Pavilion on Lauriston Place.
The Chancellor has been a big supporter of the eye pavilion since he was treated there in the 1970s after suffering a detached retina of his right eye in a game of rugby.
Sister Anne Laing, who helped nurse Mr Brown back to health at the eye pavilion, said: "When people are treated at the eye pavilion, the level of care and attention they receive tends to stick with them and it is great that Mr Brown still feels strongly about this cause."
