Scotland reacts on twitter to hottest day of the year in England
While England recorded its hottest day in four decades - with the mercury hitting 33 degrees at Heathrow - things have been rather cooler in Scotland.
Unfair? Many Scots actually seem glad to be spared the excess of the heatwave, if social media is to be believed.
