Girl, 9, forced to live in bathroom
A COUPLE kept a nine-year-old girl in a barricaded bathroom for years when she was not at school, police said yesterday.
Officials in Montgomery County say 50-year-old Brian G Hart and Rivae Hart, 49, were legal guardians of the girl, Rivae Hart's granddaughter.
The couple blamed behavioral problems, but authorities say the girl's development is normal.
