Grants tackle tipping woes
Three projects have been given a share of more than £12,000 by Zero Waste Scotland.
It wants to bring an end to illegal dumping.
The Hopetoun Road Wildlife site by the Forth Bridges and two community groups in Dalkeith and Oxenfoord will receive the money.

Hide AdIain Gulland, director of Zero Waste Scotland, said: “Fly-tipping is an illegal, selfish and wholly unnecessary activity.
“Appropriate disposal facilities exist across Scotland to ensure that we can all dispose of our waste in ways which are safe for the environment.”
