Man abandons dog after ‘brutal’ attack
A MAN carried out a “brutal” attack on a puppy before abandoning her on the street with a broken leg.
The Scottish SPCA is looking for the man who was seen dragging and kicking the 12-week-old dog on Great Western Road in Glasgow on Tuesday afternoon.
