Blame culture

THE news that the Scottish Government has failed its target to lower global-warming heat contributions, the poor review of Scottish education standards and reports from patients of a lack of nurses in hospitals is starting to tell of an inept administration. The blaming of everything on Westminster has to stop, and sound accountable governance has got to start.
