Tactical disgrace
With the general election only days away, people are considering who they will vote for. I have always believed that each of us should vote for the party which best represents our own beliefs and values and which we think can best be trusted to follow through on those values.
I therefore find the idea of tactical voting truly appalling and simply do not understand the mentality of anyone who would trash their own moral values and principles to vote for a party they would not normally support with the sole purpose of preventing the democratic election of another.
The whole idea of tactical voting is abhorrent and those parties and organisations which, in their desperation, are encouraging such shameful and underhand practices are a disgrace to democracy.
