Passengers 'happier than ever' with Lothian Buses

CUSTOMER satisfaction levels with Lothian Buses have reached an "all-time high", according to an annual survey carried out by the company.

The survey, which was conducted by transport consultants Colin Buchanan, found that 88 per cent of those asked were satisfied with the service, up from 85 per cent the previous year.

Ian Craig, managing director of Lothian Buses, said: "The 2009 passenger satisfaction survey set a challenging benchmark for future surveys, as high passenger satisfaction levels were recorded across a number of different areas.
