Prizes mount for giant quiz

Helicopter trips, a signed Andy Murray shirt and cases of wine are among the raffle prizes on offer at next week's giant pub quiz in aid of St Columba's Hospice.

There is also a 1000 prize for the winning quiz team.

The October 28 Corn Exchange event is being run by the Edinburgh's Businesswomen's Club (ESBC), which aims to beat the world record for the biggest pub quiz.

The hospice's Mairi Rosko said: "The ESBC members and friends of the club have made some very generous donations to ensure that not only St Columba's will be a winner at this event."
