Schoolkids given a pizza masterclass
LIBERTON High School pupils swapped their home economics class for a master-class in pizza making.
The students, who are all studying home economics at higher level, learnt about the day to day business of what it takes to run a pizza store, the importance of food hygiene and the craft of making pizza at Domino's Gilmerton.
They were also given the opportunity to prepare their own pizzas.
