Tom turns up heat on chefs
CHEF Tom Kitchen was putting the contestants on BBC's Masterchef: The Professionals through their paces yesterday.
The Michelin-starred chef was hosting two of the aspiring semi-finalists at his Leith restaurant The Kitchin.
Under his watchful eye, the contestants were given only two hours to perfect Tom's dishes before preparing them for customers as part of the restaurant's set lunch menu.
They were then asked to recreate one of his signature dishes for judgement by the chef himself.
