'Army of cones' blights motorways
A SENIOR Tory has criticised the "army of cones" that blight Britain's motorways while no work is apparently being done.
Ann Winterton (Congleton) urged ministers to ensure that motorists were given more consideration.
Mrs Winterton's husband, Sir Nicholas recently came under fire for suggesting MPs needed to travel first-class by rail.
