Man charged with roadside assault
A MAN appeared in court yesterday over an alleged sexual assault on a woman at the side of a road. Stephen Garbutt, 52, from Dundee, appeared at Perth Sheriff Court charged under the Sexual Offences (Scotland) Act 2009 and with theft.
He made no plea and no declaration and the case was continued for further examination. Garbutt was released on bail.
