Wardens rumble Mills ‘driver’ scam
A PENSIONER claiming to be a former chauffeur for Heather Mills was fined yesterday after being caught with a photocopy of her disabled parking badge.
Stewart Simonson’s car was spotted by traffic wardens who recognised a picture on his permit “was someone on the television”.
