Celtic are in a strong position going into the summer transfer window, compared to a raft of clubs in Scotland and in England. They have plenty of cash reserves, have the promise of European football and can offer competitive salaries.
Due to the finances on offer in English football, from the Premier League down to the fifth tier, there are a host of players who may not even consider Scotland. But the more clubs cut their costs down south with individuals wary of simply getting a contract the more attractive the SPFL becomes, especially a move to Parkhead.

1. Jordan Ibe (Bournemouth)

4. Jeff Hendrick (Burnley)
