Memorial game in Glasgow cancelled
A FOOTBALL match in Glasgow between India and Pakistan on 9 September in memory of the three young Asian men who lost their lives during the Birmingham riots has been cancelled.
After meeting family members of the young men, match organisers, Touch Sky Sports, have now decided to reschedule the game to allow the families time and space to grieve. The organisers will now be consulting both the Indian and Pakistani football federations, in order to see when the match can be staged.
