World Cup qualifying classics, No 11: 18 October 1972, Denmark 1 - 4 Scotland
The rout began after 17 minutes when Peter Lorimer launched a typical piledriver which the Danish goalkeeper tipped over the bar. Lorimer himself fired over a low corner and Lou Macari dipped his head to score from close range.
Two minutes later, a George Graham shot was only partially cleared and Jimmy Bone was on hand to convert the rebound.
